At Marketing Business Growth (MBG), we maintain a ZERO REFUND policy for all our services, programs, and digital products.

• All payments are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.
• By purchasing any MBG service, program, masterclass, or consultation, you explicitly agree to this policy.

1. Digital Products & Services – Instant Access

• MBG offers digital services, consulting, masterclasses, and strategic frameworks including the Predictable Patient Flow System™ and Disruption Growth Strategy.
• Upon payment, you receive immediate access to:
  • Masterclass recordings and materials
  • Strategy sessions and consultations
  • Digital resources, frameworks, and tools
  • Ongoing support and implementation guidance
• Due to the nature of digital delivery and personalized consulting, all sales are final.

2. No Refunds – No Exceptions

Refunds will NOT be issued for any reason, including (but not limited to):

• Change of mind or business priorities
• Personal, financial, or business circumstances
• Lack of time, resources, or commitment to implement strategies
• Not attending scheduled sessions or masterclasses
• Not utilizing provided materials or frameworks after purchase
• Results below expectations or unrealistic outcome expectations
• Inability to implement recommendations due to personal constraints
• Technical issues on the user’s side (internet connectivity, device compatibility, etc.)
• Changes in business regulations, compliance requirements, or platform policies
• Delays in implementation or execution
• Promotional, discounted, or special offer purchases
• Accidental or duplicate payments
• Subscription renewals or ongoing service agreements
• Dissatisfaction with coaching style or methodology

No exceptions. No partial refunds. No credits. No transfers.

3. Subscription & Ongoing Service Payments

• All subscriptions and ongoing service agreements (monthly retainers, quarterly programs, annual commitments) are strictly non-refundable.
• Renewal payments are final and irreversible.
• It is the client’s responsibility to cancel services before the next billing cycle.
• Unused time, unused sessions, or unused features do not qualify for any refund, credit, or rollover.

4. Masterclasses, Workshops & Group Programs

• All payments for masterclasses, workshops, and group coaching programs are 100% non-refundable.
• Once you register and gain access to materials, recordings, or live sessions, no refunds will be issued.
• Non-attendance or partial attendance does not qualify for refunds or credits.

5. One-on-One Consultations & Strategy Sessions

• Payments for individual consultations, Digital Authority Diagnoses, and strategy sessions are non-refundable once booked.
• If you miss a scheduled session without 48-hour advance notice, the session is forfeited with no refund.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.

6. Third-Party Services & Tools

Any charges related to third-party services recommended or facilitated by MBG, including:

• Website hosting and maintenance
• Advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
• CRM and automation tools
• Analytics and tracking software
• Domain registration and SSL certificates

are entirely non-refundable, regardless of usage, results, or approval outcomes.

7. Service Termination or Suspension

If your services are suspended or terminated due to:

• Policy violations or non-compliance
• Failure to provide required information or cooperation
• Breach of contract or agreement terms
• Fraudulent activity or misrepresentation
• Abusive or unprofessional conduct

No refunds will be provided under any condition.

8. Client Acknowledgment

By completing your payment, you:

• Confirm you have read and fully understood this refund policy
• Agree to the strict NO REFUND terms without exception
• Acknowledge that results depend on your implementation and commitment
• Waive any right to dispute, chargeback, or claim a refund through any payment processor or financial institution

9. Chargeback & Dispute Policy

• Any chargeback, payment dispute, or unauthorized reversal will be considered a serious policy violation.
• Such actions may result in:
  • Immediate termination of all services
  • Permanent ban from future MBG programs
  • Legal action to recover fees and damages
  • Reporting to relevant authorities

No refunds will be issued under any chargeback or dispute scenario.

10. Force Majeure & Unforeseen Circumstances

MBG is not liable for delays, cancellations, or inability to deliver services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

• Natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions
• Technical failures of third-party platforms
• Changes in laws, regulations, or compliance requirements

No refunds will be issued in such circumstances. Services may be rescheduled or substituted at MBG’s discretion.

11. Guarantee of Effort, Not Results

• MBG guarantees to provide expert guidance, proven frameworks, and dedicated support.
• However, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or patient/client acquisition numbers.
• Results depend on multiple factors including your implementation, market conditions, competition, and individual circumstances.
• Your success is a partnership between our expertise and your commitment.

12. Policy Updates

• MBG reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice.
• The version published on mybrandgrowth.com will always be the latest and legally binding.
• Continued use of our services after policy changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
